Do you want to learn French?

French for individuals

Learn French in a relaxed, personalised way that fits your goals. With a group or individual language coaching.

How do I teach?

I've created a hybrid approach that gives you flexibility without the loneliness: pre-recorded video lessons you can watch whenever suits you (at 6am with your coffee or 10pm in your pajamas - I don't judge), PLUS two hours of live group lessons with me every week with a small group of 4 - 6 fellow learners.

Think of the pre-recorded lessons as your personal French library - rewatch that tricky pronunciation as many times as you need. And think of our live sessions as your French conversation corner, where we practice together, where you can ask "wait, why does this work like that?" and I'll explain it in a way that actually makes sense.

Why Does This Actually Work?

Because you're not alone in this.

When you're learning with just an app, there's no one there when you hit a wall. No one to say "oh, everyone struggles with that - here's another way to think about it." No one to celebrate when you finally get that pronunciation right. No one to gently nudge you back when you've been away for a week.

Plus, you're learning alongside others who are on the same path. You'll practice together, encourage each other, laugh at mistakes together - because we all make them! I still hesitate between 'ship' and 'sheep', so when I tell my English friends I took the ship back to France, they probably imagine me heroically riding a sheep across the Channel.

You are not alone!

I'm not going to promise it'll be effortless - learning a language takes work. But I can promise you won't be doing that work alone. You'll have me, you'll have your group, and you'll have a method that's designed to actually work.

What will you actually achieve?

We'll set clear, concrete goals together, not vague "become fluent" dreams, but real milestones that matter to YOUR life:

  • Following French films and actually laughing at the jokes (or maybe not...),

  • Having real conversations with your French friends,

  • Handling practical situations when you're in France: at the pharmacy, the bank, the market, etc.,

  • Being able to communicate with your French colleagues,

  • Ordering that perfect wine without anxiously pointing at the menu.

Ready to finally make this happen?

I'm not going to promise it will be effortless - learning a language takes work and time! And I am sadly not a magician, but I can promise you won't be doing that work alone.
