2. Free Initial Consultation

The first consultation is offered free of charge. This consultation allows us to:

  • Discuss the teaching method

  • Assess the Client's needs

  • Determine whether a collaboration is feasible

This consultation does not constitute a contractual commitment by either party.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

If lessons have begun during this withdrawal period at the express request of the Client, the Client shall pay for the services provided on a pro-rata basis until notification of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Client must notify the Provider in writing by email at adeline.strozza@gmail.com.

4. Payment Terms

All course packages must be paid in full before the start of the first lesson.

An invoice will be sent to the Client by email in PDF format prior to the commencement of the package. Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.

Each course package commenced is due in its entirety, except in the case of withdrawal under the conditions set out in Article 3.

In the event of non-payment before the scheduled date of the first lesson, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Unused hours may be rescheduled within a maximum period of 3 months from the contract start date.

  • Any cancellation made with less than 12 hours' notice will be considered as a completed lesson and cannot be rescheduled.

  • After the expiry of the package validity period, unused hours are forfeited without refund.

6. Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to cancel a lesson in case of force majeure, technical issues, or exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, the Client will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for lessons not delivered.

7. Online Lesson Delivery

Lessons are delivered via Zoom.

The Client is responsible for:
